Philip Blows
CEO & Co-CIO
Previously founder & CEO of AQRU which he took public in the UK in 2021. Phil has 18 years experience building, scaling, and exiting asset management and fintech businesses.
Phil is investment manager of the AQRU Receivables Strategy generating exceptional risk-adjusted returns for institutional investors.
In his early career, he founded and scaled the asset management division of global FX provider Moneycorp.
Phil earned his MBA from the University of Geneva, graduating with distinction

Dr. Philipp Kallerhoff
Co- CIO
Philipp Kallerhoff serves as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of AQRU.
He has over 15 years of experience in managing hedge funds and fintech companies.
In 2017 he founded Protos Asset Management, a Swiss asset manager. Prior to this, Philipp worked for multiple hedge funds including Harcourt Investment Consulting.
Philipp is a Graduate of Singularity University and has a Doctorate in Computational Neuroscience from TU Berlin, Germany.

Mark Stringer
COO
Mark has a 25+ year track record of successfully designing, scaling and operating businesses and is also founder of Horatii Asset Management Advisory. He was previously Partner at EY & Capco and also established and led Microsoft's European Technology Centre.
Adviser to ExCos, PE’s & VC’s on M&A and strategy, ESG, digital and data transformation, privacy & security.
Mark is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and the International Business Strategy Programme.
